Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Patient cancellation
The Patient Portal permits eligible cancellations. Self-service cancellation is restricted within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment; requests inside that window may require support assistance.
Rescheduling
Eligible appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability. A rescheduled appointment may be returned to pending status while the system identifies a suitable therapist and new appointment availability.
Therapist or platform changes
If a therapist becomes unavailable, hogyvagy may reassign the appointment, contact the patient or offer another available time.
